- Tail hair will need to be mailed/shipped at your expense. I can pick up within 30-40 miles of 21084.
- Clean Tail hair is required for this project. (A $35 cleaning/whitening fee applies if needed.) The show products for whitening and bringing out darker colors work great to wash the tail hair prior to send it. Use a hair tie to keep the hair together and gently wash in a large basin. Don't tangle the hair. Allow a few days for the tail to dry before sending it.
